HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?

Email hello@furevercrew.com, message us on Instagram or fill in the contact form. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If your item is returned in original condition with tags attached we can exchange this for you or provide a store credit. Please make sure your item is free from make up, animal hair, perfume and washing products. 

If the above criteria is not met we will have to send it back to you. We are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before confirming your order. If you need to exchange your size, please contact hello@furevercrew.com.

Sale and custom products are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is a defective item. 

We recommend adding a tracking number to guarantee we will receive the parcel back. Furever does not take any responsibility for lost items in transit. 

CAN YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?
Furever may cancel your order if we are unable to provide you with the product, you will be contacted if this should occur. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed it can and may take up to 2-4 business days for your order to arrive. It all depends on availability and custom styles.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND?
We currently only ship within New Zealand.  

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO MY ORDER IF I HAVE PLACED IT ALREADY?
Yes. Please contact hello@furevercrew.com letting us know what you would like added to your order and we can fix it on our end. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE I'VE PLACED A ORDER?
Please email hello@furevercrew.com immediately. We can only change the shipping address if the order has not been shipped already. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL GETS LOST IN TRANSIT? 
Once the order has left Furever HQ they are then the property of the courier service. Furever is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. 

Please keep in mind courier companies may have delays. 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Unfortunately no, maybe one day.
